Our community program offers approved South Plainfield residents up to one hour of complimentary labor for minor home repairs. Materials, permits and disposal are separate. Every request is reviewed before scheduling.

Minor repair assistance
Approved small repairs include up to one hour of complimentary labor. Share the details and photos so we can assess whether your project is a fit.
Support for other projects
Other approved projects may qualify for up to 30% off labor. The discount depends on the project and approval; it is not automatic.

This program and its discounts are available only for residences in South Plainfield. Property-owner authorization is required.

Questions before you apply
What is complimentary, and what may cost extra?
For approved minor repairs, up to one hour of labor is complimentary. Materials, permits and disposal are separate. Additional work or labor beyond the approved scope requires a separate agreement. We confirm any costs before scheduling or starting work.
Who can apply?
Residents requesting work at a South Plainfield home may apply. You must own the property or have the property owner’s authorization. All requests are reviewed for scope, suitability and availability.
Can I request electrical or plumbing work?
You may describe the issue for review. Electrical and plumbing work is not automatically included in the complimentary program. We will discuss the appropriate next step and whether a separate estimate is needed.
Is a review, photo or purchase required?
No. Reviews, publicity photos and additional purchases are optional and never a condition of assistance. Photos uploaded with your request are for reviewing the repair. We ask separately before using any project photos for publicity.
When will my repair be scheduled?
Availability varies. We will contact you after reviewing your application. A submission is not an approval, a guaranteed discount or a booked appointment. This form is not for emergencies.
